Our team of receivers immediately and thoroughly inspects every shipment that comes to our warehouse. If there is any question about the quality of anything that comes to our door, a USDA federal inspector is called to give the final analysis. Rest assured that our intent is that only the finest produce will be shipped to our customers.

On a daily basis we bring in specialties including gourmet colored peppers, white asparagus, seedless cucumbers and belgian endive. Our extensive herb lineup is flown in daily. We stock all the main specialty items including edible flowers and edible orchids, a variety of fresh herbs, lemon grass, haricot verts, baby root vegetables, miniature green zucchini, miniature yellow patty pans, various micro greens and micro vegetables.
